Accessibility Review: Rheidol Power Station & Visitor Centre

Next door to The Magic of Life Butterfly House is the Rheidol Power Station & Visitor Centre.

It’s not laid out particularly well, unfortunately. I have no idea what idiot built it on different levels.

Double doors allow access but there is a 2 to 3-inch high lip getting in or out and the doors are narrow. So definitely assistance is required.

The café seating area is accessible by a ramp down to another set of double doors, again with a lip, and you will need assistance as a wheelchair user.

The disabled toilet is large and accessible. You can use these toilets if you are visiting the Butterfly House.
