When you take your pet with you on holiday, it’s useful to have details of the nearest accessible vet just in case. Here’s an accessible statement about our local vet, Ddole Road Veterinary Clinic which is based on the Ddole industrial estate in Llandrindod Wells.
The clinic is located mid way along the road on the left-hand side coming from the roundabout.
It’s approached by a long ramp under trees. The entrance is via a wheelchair accessible ramp towards double open electric doors, like a supermarket.
The reception is on the right-hand side.
They have an accessible toilet.
The consultant rooms are just about accessible – looks like 760 to 800 mm wide doorways.
I hope this description is useful. The vets themselves are well respected and I know our guests have had to use them in the past.
