28 Jan Work continues in Oak Lodge
Our third and final lodge – Oak – is coming along nicely. During the last few weeks, we welcomed a new plumber to complete the outstanding work in the bathrooms, kitchen and utility room. Since he arrived, progress has been steady – two of our bathrooms are nearly finished, and the worktops are now in place in the kitchen and utility room. We are hoping that the rest of the plumbing work will be finished in a week or so.
Oak Lodge is our final lodge to complete, and we hope to open it by June this year. All three of our lodges have been built to be fully accessible, to enable people with disabilities to enjoy a good holiday.
