Very exciting to receive this latest bit of news about Hawthorn Lodge!

We were hoping for good results on the recent EPC assessment as we have worked to meet some high standards for energy efficiency throughout the build. So we are delighted that Hawthorn Lodge has passed with flying colours, and achieved an A rating for its energy performance. A great success!
