A warm welcome at Mid Wales Lodges

It’s still winter here, and the views from the lodges are spectacular – you can see some snow on the mountains from last night. It may feel cold outside, but a warm welcome always awaits our guests here in mid Wales. Our lodges are snug and warm with a steady temperature throughout, including a cosy log burner in the open plan living area, and underfloor heating in the bathrooms.

If you’re happy to get out and explore despite the wintry weather, then there’s lots to see and do locally. Our lodges are only a short drive from the 45,000-acre Elan Valley Estate, part of the Cambrian mountain range, with its six reservoirs, six dams and 73-mile aqueduct, and local towns Rhayader, Llandrindod Wells, and Builth Wells are all within a reasonable distance. There are miles of scenic countryside and wild landscapes to explore, and local attractions, including nature reserves, museums, a red kite feeding station, falconry, horse riding, boating, fishing and much more to experience.

To book a holiday in one of our fully-accessible lodges, contact us on 07806 781 131 and let us know if you have any additional requirements. We are always happy to help.
